Jeremy Cunningham felt on top of his world this summer, when he got
to meet his bass playing hero, Gel Newey, from Bleeding Hearts.
Jeremy, age 36 and a quarter, a Brighton man, also plays bass

In A Flap Over Ronnie’s!
It was billed as Bleeding Hearts gig of the year
at Ronnie Scott’s Club in Birmingham. A special one off never to be
repeated live acoustic album recording called “Anarcoustica”.
The posters were up, the recording gear was
hired and paid for, engineers contracted, video crew and cameras at
the ready, tickets issued, people coming from all over including
Europe for this one. Everything was in place and it was all going

Where R they now?
Here at Bleeding News I quite often
find myself lying awake at night, thinking ‘whatever happened
to that lovely 1970’s Saturday night sex-symbol of the TV
family game show ‘the Generation Game’, Isla St Clair –
you remember her? – the one with Larry (shut-that-door!)
Grayson. Well, thanks to a call I received from my good
friend and Bleeding Hearts drummer Gary Hunt, I can now
get a good nights sleep and tell you all, that Isla is
alive and well, singing anti government protest folk songs!...
